I appreciate you choosing Jordan Hall Massage Therapy for your massage and bodywork needs. It is my intention to provide a safe and nurturing environment with the most therapeutic and professional care. In order to accomplish this I would like to communicate the following guidelines.

ARRIVAL & LATE ARRIVAL

To reserve the most time for your hands-on session please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to review health documents and perform a thorough intake. The time scheduled is time that is dedicated solely to you. If you are going to be late please give a call. You are given a 15 minute grace period before the appointment is canceled and you are charged for the full service price. If you would like to keep the appointment, a shorter session may be provided within the allotted time frame at the original booking price.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW

A 24 hour notice is required if you would like to reduce your appointment time, reschedule, or cancel. You must call to make any changes to appointments within the 24 hour window. You will not be able to make these changes online. Appointments that have been missed or changed without proper notice will be charged the full amount. Appointments that are canceled within 24 hours are subject to a 75% charge of the full service price.

ILLNESS & INJURY

If you are feeling ill please reschedule your appointment. If you show up and it is determined that it will not be safe for you to receive massage I will kindly ask that you leave and see me again when you are recovered and feeling better.

INFORMED CONSENT & CONFIDENTIALITY

Prior to each session the treatment plan will be discussed with you. Please provide accurate health information on your intake form. You have the right to discontinue the massage at any time. You also have the right to communicate any preferences, expectations, or concerns you may have. I will respect your boundaries and honor confidentiality at all times.

PAYMENT & GRATUITY

To secure your appointment a credit card number is required at the time of booking. No charges will be made without authorization or until the bodywork session is complete. Refunds will not be given for any massage services, packages, or gift certificates. If you are planning to pay in cash, I do not keep cash on hand to make change. I do accept Venmo. Gratuity is graciously accepted and never expected.

EXPLICIT BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED

Inappropriate or unsafe behavior will result in an abrupt end to your session. I will ask you to leave immediately. You will be charged the full service price. You will not be welcome to return.
